just like it says, heated bed

Maxtemp either means you tried heating it above the max allowable temp or the thermistor shorted

Right, feel dumb for not noticing that, my bad. So I'll look at the bed again. I've already fixed that once as a solder joint fail a while ago. Any idea why the bed temperature would make the extruder shut off?

when a temp limit error is seen it kills all system process immediately.

OK, I looked at the wires from the bed, all look great. I put things back together and gave it a try. I tried with Repetier Host, no luck. I downloaded Cura and ran it, no luck but here is the error message from the log.
    Recv: T:82.6 E:0 W:?
    Recv: T:82.4 E:0 W:?
Recv: Error:Extruder switched off. Temperature fell too much during print!
Changing monitoring state from 'Printing' to 'Error: Extruder switched off. Temperature ...'
Recv: Error:printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)
    Recv: T:82.3 E:0 W:9
    Recv: T:82.3 E:0 W:10
As soon as the temperatures hit the set marks \9110 for the bed, 225 for the exturder), the exturder shut off and we got this error message in the log.

    maybe it's cause you're trying at 110

Why would 110c be an issue? It hasn't been before. I'm not trying to give you a hard time but I'm trying to figure this out.

just guessing really. i wonder what your temp graph looks like. sounds like something is loose.

Does it happen during movement or before anything moves.

It happens as the print head moves to the start position. Once there, the heat for the extruder shuts down. Weird.

yeah somethings messed up with one of your connectors. make sure they're good and tight. that's all you can do

I checked the bed connections, I'll do the extruder in the morning. Then I just may throw the damn thing in the river.

yeah a loose circuit caused by movement is VERY hard to troubleshoot. Sometimes it's best to just replace the whole line.

Somethings loose man, it's hard to know where exactly. Could be a solder point, could be at the connector.
