I have the settings setup for the nozzle to retract .5 millimeters upon any non print move 3mm or less . I also have it setup to lift 2 mm on Z-axis when it does these retractions . yet i am still getting a couple drag marks or filament stretches that fix them selves to the surface . Any ideas on how to get a 100 percent non distortion on these smooth surfaces ?

That's a function of your first layer height. If you're too low to the surface back pressure will build up and be released upon retraction, causing a line in the build.

Calibrating your Z offset, increasing your retraction, and calibrating your E steps is a good start

First layer height .15 mm z offset 1mm
    Should I crank z offset to 1.15 ?
