    how about some information?
Like settings, and a picture of what's coming out.

Otherwise I can only tell you to go to the FAQ

Yes, there are too many possible issues to guess.
Like Polylac says: Did you read the FAQ? It has a lot of answers and hints.

It is here: Robo 3D User's FAQ: http://lele.io/robo3dfaq

I have a robo 3d abs and pla model
I am printing in 200 micron resolution
I am using rectilinear (I did try honeycomb it seems to work better) for infill at 190 start and 185 after first layer.
the infill percentage is .5 .
at this time I do not have the ability to send pictures.
    any help would be great.

Sounds (with no pictures it is a S.W.A.G.) like the Z height is off (as in too high).
The fact that it is gumming/globbing up is all I am working with here. If the layer height is correct then the layers will be flatter and not want to do this.

Look at the various threads with pictures (tesseract has supplied a lot) and make sure your initial layers look like those. If not it will haunt you for the entire print.

Search the forum, I'm sure there are a number that are using it. I was going to set up my Ras Pi for it but instead got one of the XXL LCD's. Octoprint would be nice for remotely checking in a print status.

I was going to set it up, but just opted to put a PC over there instead. I still have it sitting there :)
