Unresolved please help

Help! I'm pretty new to the r1+ and I have a problem. First of all the program is giving me false info I have printed a part that took 12mins now it is saying the small part will take around 4 hours. Second problem is when I hit print It finds all of the corners then the print ben comes all the way forward as if it wants to print off of the bed please help. Thanks in advance
