Power Connectons?

    I've been unable to get power from my outlet to the printer. Jerry sent me another power supply with the same results. After further inspection I discovered that two wires were not connected to the female end of my printers three-prong connection. Where do I connect the blue and yellow wires that are dangling with no where to go?

    Hi Milton, Can you post a picture of this connection? Also, what ports are these wires coming from on the power box.
