Solved Power setting

    i have received my new robo r1+ with a label that say preset 230v i have plug in power cord now its gone off and smells burnt the power is showing 110v should it have been set to 230v ?????

    Call Robo. Sounds like someone screwed up. It would need that switch moved to the 230v position before being plugged into 230v or you will lose the power supply. They will take care of it.

    If you were not under warranty the power supply is about $30 on Amazon, but this is a new machine and apparently should have been preset to 230v so it is their problem to fix ;)

    Just be sure to sanity check that power supply switch before you plug it in this time :)
    Apparently the labels sometimes lie
