Solved print head keeps going up ! printer prints in the air. z axis problem

hi guys
i just got out my printer out of the box to test it for the first time and the printing wont go successfully ! the printer head does it's leveling about 10 cm above the print bed then it goes higher a couple of steps then starts extruding the filament as if it thinks that its close to the bed ! it wont go down at all, i used the matter control software with it.

i will be happy with any solution for this problem ! am very very very disappointed with the robo 3d company

 

It sounds like you have a stuck end stop switch.
I didn't watch the video linked to above, hopefully it mentions the possibility of a stuck switch.

When I got mine, the left side was not fully seated. Compare left and right switches and how they are attached and they should both look the same. The horizontal assembly should be able to be raised by hand enough to engage and disengage the switches. If they bind or are solid you have found a problem.
