Print not starting

#1 extruder wont heat up until cooled down to what ever temp below 100 or until some time has passed.
#2 after extruder finally heated up, printing does not start but stays at at temp and status says "printing"
Motors dont move.
5 Command waiting (now sure what that means)
Light is blinking.

If i Emergency stop i will not be able to heat extruder until some time passed.

I am assuming its connection problem but dont know for sure.
Please let me know why these things takes place.

Should i reconnect USB cord or restart the unit with software ?

no am on windows.
i figured the problem 100% sure nothing else but Repetier its self.
Powered USB hub is not the solution.
I tried another printing program called "Cura". It connects every time and works. Its the repetier that gives all those problems.
