Unanswered Print Quality Issues - Heat Bed v2

    I am having print quality issues similar to the image attached with my printer. The print quality seems low in certain areas but just fine in other areas on the bed. I changed out the bed from v1 to v2, I am using hairspray to help the plastic stick but still trying to figure out why this is happening. Any ideas I could try?

    Which printer?
    That looks like really badly mis-set Z offset for one thing.
    If your first layer does not look like this:

    You need to work on it a bit...

    If it is capable of and doing autoleveling -- you need to make sure the X axis is manually leveled well first or the entire thing will be incorrect. The autoleveling used in the R1 series is not very smart.
