been having good prints so far but now for some reason the print starts above the bed like a few inches after updating matter control to 1.1.7 any ideas how to fix this ?

its also doing the 9 point leveling and the hobed bolt? is clicking not like the 3 point leveling before

Which version of the RoBo3D do you have? I have the R1 and when I first got it, it was on the V1 firmware. I was fighting this for a few hours, then I found out that if I had AutoLevel enabled, it would set everything up like it was supposed to, but when it would start to print, it would start printing in the air. I ran through the AutoLevel wizard, then I pressed Disable and it started printing on the print bed. I updated to V2 and it has been printing pretty nicely with AutoLevel enabled, until last night when it started printing in the air again for some reason.

It takes some time, haha. I just got mine last week. So yeah, see if disabling the AutoLevel does anything for you. I always ran through the wizard, then disabled it. I don't know if the wizard helps anything if you disable it, but I figured it can't hurt.

Redo the paper calibration. Remove any Z offset

Every time my hobbled bolt has been clicking, it's been that the filament was being pushed against a ledge instead of down the hole. Is it possible that this is what's happening for you?

Would it be possible for you to record a video so we can actually see and hear what it's doing? I doubt I'd be of much help, but I'm sure some of the people here could tell you exactly what's going on by looking at a video.

What I do to get a clogged filament out of the extruder is to heat up a pin red hot and shove it down into the extruder hole and jabbing into whatever might be down there. You'll need to heat the extruder and to 220 while doing this.

    Repeat till nothing comes up.
