So I keep getting my prints to stop printing a third to half way through. It happens a couple of times now. Not sure what is going on. Everything in repeteitor looks fine it stops at different times the times that it has happened. The extruder is still heated at the set temp. The G code is all there. It just stops and there is nothing I know I can do. No ok after the gcode line that it stops at.

    Please help

Are you using repetier? Are you getting any error messages in the log?

I am using repeatitor on windows 7. There shows no error it does on other files I have repeated the work on some of the same files for successful print. During print it would slow down down and kind of studder. When it stop has happen when I have left the room come back and it has stopped a certain line of g code no errors the hot end still up to temp and the progress line had stop at the point go to manual controls and they do not work. I tried pausing and restarting with no avail I am thinking the processor on my arduino is going bad

i had the same issue and mine was the 3 pins on the mains inlet 2 of them became so loose that the movement of the printer would cause the mains to cut out but when I would return to it everything would be back on and it appeared to have just stopped mid print. I eventually found the fault while printing when I heard a crackling fizzing sound just before it turned off and when I lifted theprinter I could see the electricity arcing out behind the plug, bought a replacement but not fitted yet as not had time

one thing to point out is that if that is the problem and you need to replace the socket then be aware that on mine and some others the wiring colour code is wrong so ignore red being positive and check for yourself

huskerfreak, Deadwood is describing the power connector. The one with the on/off switch.

He's having connection issues. I'm pretty sure kisslicer is just for slicing.

Well 5 hours into a 6 hour print it happened again. I really thought it was working after I double checked all the plugs. I think a bad usb is what it is. Tried different cord and different port on the CPU as well. I have a lcd on the way see if that fixes it. Next idea is to try the laptop as well. Thanks for all the suggestion as well.

The lcd is the fix i feel certain, i know its repetier that's causing it. Once its just reading from sd card its gunna be good to go.

Are you sure your board isn't overheating?
