    Hello!
I had my printer for about a a day now and it has been pretty good besides one issue? The issue is that when the printer is moving to print the filament going into the extrude is not being feed (the gears are moving but the filament is not moving down? also a clicking sound. This is not a issue when the printer is not printing.

anyone know how to fix this?

Clicking means it's jamming. When you feed the filament by hand it extrudes normally? What about manual controls?

Chances are good your first layer is too low and it's not able to push the filament out to extrude, then it grinds down the filament so it can't get a grip

Increasing the Z offset in Slic3r and MatterSlice

    In Cura add

    Code:
M565 Z-1.0 ; Adjust the 1.0 value, more negative = further from bed

I put the cura code in but it didn't seem to help. I couldn't figure out how to change the offset in the matterslice and sice3r.

I'm not sure exactly I don't use Matter Control. Try increasing the -1.0 (more negative)

In MC there is a Z offset option. I think it just says "Offset". Enter the number there.

It's under the General Tab > Size And Coordinates > Z Offset
