Typically a loose or bad thermistor/thermistor connection.

It seems to be on the heated bed. The bed temp is acting weird. But the thermistor on the extruder is acting normal

How do I test it if I do not have another thermistor for the bed

With a multimeter. Its a standard 100k epcos thermistor. Also can check for shorts/opens doing a continuity check on both heater and thermistor as well as the wiring
