Just received my printer yesterday and was printing fine till one of my prints today. It started the first layer and then suddenly stopped. Nothing happened afterwards and the printer just stayed in that position till i canceled the print.

Now whenever I try to start a print, it will try to do its usual 3 point calibration but wont get past the first point. Not to mention it will bob up and down a few times on the first point and just sit there and not move until I cancel the print.

Extrude temperature is at 200 C and fairly stable.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!! :)

Do you happen to be on a laptop?

A lot of laptops have power settings that will shut off their USB ports after a short while. This causes a lot of "stopped moving but not done printing" errors

Just a side note on USB and Windows.
Doesn't matter the hardware, desktop or laptop or tablet.
Windows default USB settings is to apply power saving to the them. It has to be selectively turned off in the power settings to prevent that.
