Unresolved Printing in the air

Home position is off the R1 plus is printing in midair, just got it a few weeks ago can anyone help.

 

mine did that too! I found that in shipping, the threaded rods were all out of whack and the micro-switches were not in contact. So I fixed the threaded rods by making sure the brass nuts at the bottom were seated all the way into the holders, then I made sure the upper smooth rods got put into their slots on the plastic upper supports. Then I leveled the printer carriage manually with a level and by turning the threaded rods. Then I lowered both until the were evenly hitting the microswitches that sit under the carriages on either sides. Once all was optimized, I restarted everything and let it autocalibrate. All was fixed!!!
