When I printed a piece I made in 123d it came out to be .5mm smaller gaps then what I specified in the cad and .5mm bigger on the outside. It was also a bit shorter than it should've been on the z axis. Does anyone know how to calibrate my R1 to have closer prints to what I specified in the STL files? Any calibration method I can try?

Over extrusion likely. Try calibrating the extruder.
