Unanswered prints thin/stringy and layers separate easily (weak prints)

I have had success heating a clogged nozzle and using a guitar string or .35mm drill bit (part of a pen vise set) to clear out a clogged nozzle. Right or wrong I do it on my work bench with a propane torch . then the hole gets cleaned out and the excess filament drains out the threaded portion. I havn't had it ruin a nozzle yet, might be worth a shot so you can have an extra hot end
