Solved Problem With ABS first Layer

Hi Guys,
This is my first post on this forum hopefully I can get some direction. I seem to be having an issue when i print abs without a raft; It doesn't stick to the plate no matter what i do tried . but if i print a raft the raft sticks without an issue. the loops dont stick unless i have a raft. im using MatterControl 1.4

 

Fixed it!! set my startup code from M565 Z-1 to M565 Z-.6 Perfect amount of squish
