I recently inherited a robo 3 r1, it wasn't working at all besides turning on. After flashing it to the v3 June 2015 firmware it works nearly as intended however I am getting Z endstop hit messages and the printer will print midair. The auto bed leveling will probe in several locations all of them touching the bed but on the right side two of the locations will probe in the opposite direction ie the ceiling. The remaining probes will be towards the bed. I am wondering how I would go about fixing this. Any help would be appreciated.

A picture will help. Is it an R1, an R1+ or the old beta?

The endstop hit means one or more the the Z switches is misbehaving. You might want to review the first video here:

If the switches are good then we can dig in further.

That video assumes it is an R1/R1+ so if it is the beta it will not make much sense (the Z switches are different)
