Solved R1+ won't extrude when printing

I can get the R1+ to extrude manually, but when I tell it to print something, it won't extrude. It is going through the motions of printing (print head moves, the gears rotate, etc) but nothing is coming out. It is a file that I have successfully printed before on the R1+, so I know it's not the file. When I go into the software and tell it to extrude, it does with no problems. But use that same software (the software that came with the R1+) to print and it no longer extrudes.

 

Apparently changing the z offset to 1.2mm worked. It seems to be printing now.
