    Hello,

I trying to print part with my robot3d printer and I have many random drifts on the Y axis.
The X axis works better but have layer drift sometimes.

I tried different stl model and I always have a result like the one I attached

Loose belts would be my first assumption.
Failing that, one of the spindles or pulleys may be loose or mis-positioned.

Or you're running with too high of a feedrate.

I checked belts and I tightened a little more without results.

How can I check pulleys ?

I use default parameters of robo3d preconfigured Repetierhost software. I checked with low and high quality : same layer drift on Y axis.

If the pulley attached to the Y motor (Sorry, you're going to have to remove the bed to get to it and check...) is appropriately tight, then try running with a print speed arount 30mm/sec and see what happens.

Hello I am facing same things.
Y-axis pulley does not have any screw.
What size of screw is necessary on it ?

    I could solve issue.
Pulley screw can be installed when motor has been unmounted from base.
So it looks this issue has been occurred with wrong assemble sequence on this point.
After mounted motor on base , Pulley screw cannot be installed.
In addition M3 screw on this pulley.

    regards
