Repetier Host - Printing job ETA -55s

I use a combination of Repetier and Cura. Generally use Repetier for jobs where multiple parts are in the same print run. This is largely because repetier will lift the print head when moving to a new part. Cura cannot do this.

However my question is; I am using the latest version of Repetier - V 0.95F. Whenever I do a print the blue display box on manual control / shows 'Printing job ETA -55s' it does not change.

Any ideas? It did work previously to provide a reasonable guess on the ETA.
