Replacement Parts for drawer sliders

I have been having trouble with leveling my bed. For some reason it kept lifting in the front when I homed it, but would be level when the bed moved forward. I tried using springs, but the spacing of the bed off the drawer sliders was not the problem. I took off the bed and noticed that one of the drawer sliders was loose, and was probably the reason for the bed not being leveled up front. Does any one know of a replacement drawer slider I can purchase for my printer. If you know where to buy the original ones I would appreciate the info.

Besides that user Seshan managed to install some Misumu linear rails if you want to ask him about it. They'll be pretty expensive since he got it on a special promotion.
