I have sent out about 5 emails requesting communication with your team in the last week. There is NO reply. This is pathetic customer service. One of your employees "Jerry" used to respond regularly to my emails, but ever since i have discussed the need for a refund, since the printer doesn't work, he will not reply. Your not getting a good relationship with your customers by doing this, and with the internet, a bad name will surround this company until you fix it.
