Save your unfinished print and finish it later. Dont get mad waiting for so long and it didnt complete due to what ever.
No more frustration over incomplete prints !

If anyone wants to know how i resume print that gets failed due to jammed nozzle or power outage or what ever else, resume from where its left off exactly from its last layer, then go to
Gotta have CURA or CraftWare or enable Repetier's code verbose log so you can identify layers.

Great stuff to know. So Matter Control will not allow for this type of tweaking since it does not have the verbose option?

    Good to know.

You can do that with Simplify3D : there's a feature to start the print at a set height under the advanced tab.
I wish they would alter that to 'at a set layer', but it is usable if you need it.

Matter control uses both CURA and SLIC3R slicers correct ?
I think if you tweak it, it will work.

Google Gcode modifier, I think it's a lot easier to edit in.

    Search Google for
    Gcode modifier 3D printing

Watch the first youtube link that comes up.

Follow the link n the youtube description.

You need to learn that when searching for stuff, be as specific as possible. It a big world out there and you can't be generic.

    LOL thats my program.
I was actually thinking to implement the feature to remove X number of layers, but not sure if i need to.
It does modify layers, but does not remove them as needed in order to start from a later point of print.

You can add and remove lines as needed. I am not sure what you mean by you can't delete. It main purpose is to modify any line of the code.

You cant delete layers using my program, its made to add/remove parameters to layers, not to add/remove layers.
Changes are added/removed right before selected layer code starts.

I think i may add some sort of "Range" layer removal as well as per right click/delete. Will see how complicated it can get if at all.

yes but text editor has character limitations
You better off using notepad+ or something like that.

Also, i am tired of this forum not allowing me to edit my 1st post, can someone address the issues already and get that restriction removed ?
I need to update the video link because i made another one that shows 2 ways of doing it but i cant.
