With the design drawings, and I produced in 3d. Those as designed does not come out. I tried to open the floor. I tried to remove the gear of the Y-axis. There is something to be worried about me. Do you need to screw is stuck in gear in the Y-axis? Photo is one screw 1 as broken gear of the Y-axis.

I am not sure if I understand you completely but I will give it a shot I think you are asking about the single screw on the yaxis gear I think mine only came with one as well but when putting in on the motor shaft as long as the set screw is lined up with the flat area of the motor shaft when it is tightened it should be very stable and work just fine.

As I said I am not exactly sure what you are asking so I answered what I could.

I agree, one screw is enough as long as you tighten it.
I added loctite to mine as well because I did not want to have to worry about them again.
Over a year now and none have worked their way loose again.
