    Using a guide from Thomas Sanladerer, i printed out a print sample cube of 10mm x 10mm x 10mm.
Is obviously that my print had an issue for the top & bottom layer.
Im using mattercontrol, matterslice, fine profile( default ).
Had try out change bit of the setting, but print come out the same problem.

Is someone having the same problem before?
    Can anyone help me out??

    well that is curious..
I'm going to (as well you could) check the visual troubleshooting guide. Nothing comes to mind.

Yea, I can't figure that. does it do it with other models? Possible bad model/slice?

check your belt tension. I had several layers become misaligned in one axis due to a belt becoming loose and slipping.

strange that it looks square other than the top and bottom fill.. but definitely .. always good to check pulleys and belts.

ON mine I was running faster than I normally do, and the speed of the y carriage movement would throw the bed further one way for a few layers then throw it back, (not perfectly I might add.) The two Phillips screws on the right side of the bed(one front, one rear) I'd check to see if those are loose.

    you mean the belt tensioners.

Mind you, you don't need to have them tightened hard.. you need to have the belt tight underneath.
but while there, check the pulley

but first... which direction is it malformed? x or y?

yup.. cable ties.. one secures it, one cinches it a bit. If it is cinched as far as you can make it.. you have to cut the ties, move it a tooth and start again.
similar for the y axis.. there's very little tensioning space.. but little should be needed

Slicers are a matter of preference and your printer is open source generic, no slicer should be preferential to a printer.

S3D is great, Cura is gaining popularity. Repetier-Host is the old standby. Matter control (repetier host in a blue package) has a couple glitches that make it frustrating. Easy to use, until it's not. Not very tinkerer friendly
