So each time I print it does G29 and moves down the bed. However, because it is offset by 20mm or so, on the final 3 points the bed tries to move past the allowable area and the bed vibrates because it is trying to move too far. This occasional causes the printer to give random errors and stop. I tried fixing this by adjusting the bed size and bed center but it does not work. Does anyone know how to fix?

The HOME positions are set by physical switches.
This is the zero position for each of the three axis (X/Y/Z). When the switch triggers it is 'home'.

The far end of each axis (X/Y/Z Max) is all math. Calculated by 'knowing' how big the bed is physically.

If it is grinding trying to go to MAX X or MAX Y then one of tho things is true:

    1) it did not find 'home' correctly and started off in the wrong place
    2) something is blocking the travel

Y can do this because of cables under the bed. .If one gets in the way then the bed will get 'stuck' before it reaches the end.
This could happen with the X, but you would see that :) since it is out in the air (not under the bed).

lift the build plate and slide the rails Y MIN/MAX to see if something is blocking. If it IS the X grinding the watch as the extruder is moving to see what is binding it.
