Unanswered Robo feeding again but?

Q1
After getting yet another jamb cleared and working again, I tried printing a back for my on order LCD controller/display. It printed but NO back (flat part cover) slight impressions but looked CLEAR, using BLUE PLA. As the print progressed to printing the side/wrap-around part of the back it became blue.

Q2 One end of the printed back lifted a little off the stage/hot-bed, never had that happen before..

Any tips or suggestions?

For the first one I'd need to see a picture to understand more clearly what's going on.

For the second one what are you using for adhesion and are you positive you're printing on the heater itself? The heater is only 8.2"x8.2"
