Unresolved ROBO R1 Auto level

I have never had a 3D printer before. So consider me a super novice. I set everything up like the video said. I tried to print the circle and it's trying to print it in the air. I looked on the forum for a fix but that made it hit the top. There isn't an auto configure in my menu to see if that would help. I appreciate anything that you let me know.
