Partially Solved Robo R1+: Home Z axis too high

Hi, I got my refurbished R1+ a few days ago. I started using it and worked through a few problems, but this morning when I tried to print the Z-axis was completely off. The controls for the Z axis don't let me go any lower, only higher. The software says Z is at 0.8 but it most definitely isn't.

I tried looking around at some other threads related to this, however many of the links there were outdated or didn't seem to apply. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

 

Yes, I did (when this issue was still occurring). I tried updating the firmware and it failed, however after that the home position seemed to have reset. I'm having a few other issues with the printer right now, but I'm going through it with support. Thanks for the reply though!
