I am attempting to repair a store demo unit. A take apart guid is needed. Specifically, it will require for the base of the unit to be opened. The screws mounting the USB Port's circuit board are loose or out, the result is the board has became recessed. USBPort.jpg

There is nothing documented, but if you turn it upside down and remove the screws that hold the base on there is not much under there.

The USB port is mounted on the Arduino which has a RAMPS 1.4 I/O card mounted on top.

Looking at it from the bottom with the cover removed the RAMPS board is on top and the Arduino mega under that. There are either two or four screws that hold them together and mounted in place.

Thank you again. Turns out there were 3 screws holding the paired boards. These screws were not well seated. Two had fallen out completly. The third was barely holding the boards in place. Over all a very simple issue, knowing to go in from the bottom was the key. The unit is now back together.
