Unanswered Robo R1+ stopped working.

So I was given the R1+ as an early birthday gift in January and the printer had no problems at first. And then in mid March, it just stopped working. It had been working earlier as I had printed a piece for my friend.

The fans and lights were not turning on (no sound either). I got help from tech support and they said the power box was actually broken. I had the part replaced and I made sure the little green led was working. However, the problems I listed before persisted. The printer would not connect to my computer.

I do not believe there is a problem with the cable that came with the machine and I don't think it's a problem with the power box either. If anyone has any knowledge that might solve this problem I would be very grateful.

Just fyi, I am a first time user of a 3D printer and I'm 17 so I don't know too much about these printers.
