I have reviewed voltage of PS. And it shows 12V DC output as normal.
Voltage setting is 115V and it may not shows problem.

I can see USB port from Linux side as well.

    regards

In addition, connection button press makes controller board green LED illuminate twice as blink.

I have added dialout group on my account on this usage. And also /dev/ttyACM0 set as 660 root, dialout.
So far I shall try it with Windows and narrow down problem for it,

    Result of Windows7
Connect to printer with ACM port
Result is same no motor reaction
And connect command makes Arduino illuminate 2 times blink.

    Shall I update Firmware ?

Ok, I have received stepup transformer for 100V to 115V.
But also I am wondering about RoBo3D's internal wiring gage. It looks quite thin for covering 30A power source.
My case may happened lower voltage at 100V and also composite with voltage drop on wiring.
I shall rewire using with more thik wire from PS to controller.

    regards

I have received step up transformer from my colleague today.
So I shall try with next Saturday.
And also try to rewire between PSU and controller.

    My planned trial for next
    1) Using StepUp transformer
    2) Rewire PSU-Controller line without StepUp transformer

So far setup on Linux has been suspended. and now I could communicate with Windows7 machine.
Issue was driver has not been used right one as PRJ but Arduino2560 signed one.

250000bps support is key factor of Linux failure.

Current issue is filament cannot be feeding to printer,

Have you tried posting your question in the technical support forum? The robo team should get back to you there.

This sounds like the kind of issue where they frown upon forum members giving tech support before the robo team has given you advice since it could be a warranty issue.

I could achieve 250000bps connection with Windows7 and PRJ driver.
Now my fault is extruder cannot achieve feeding yet.
It looks temperature may not achieve right temp.

Repetier shows 230C but result is not melting well.
If I pushing into filament to guide, finally nozzle make output as 0.4mm.
But I cannot see real 3D printing style yet.
I cannot see 230C temp on nozzle using with IR thermometer.
Do we have any temp calibration method ? or measuring point and method.
