One thing you have to be aware of is that simply achieving connection and communication are different. I was able to connect on certain comm ports but was still not able to communicate so you need to verify this.

In repetier when you click on connect the log window should display several interactions where the software asks for a status and gets a response such as printer readiness and firmware etc. Do you see this interaction. An indication of not having communication is on the right side of the windows you may see something like x commands waiting if you see this and they do not disappear or simply accumulate as you press different buttons then you are not communicating at least not properly

clicking on the display screen should toggle between an wire display of the object and a temperature guide are all the lines at the right level some where where temp is set these are usually straight and abrupt while the ones showing the temp are gradual. Also in the bottom bar it shows the current temp and the set temp for both the extruder and the bed numerically Are these showing your extruder temp is actually at the 230 Mark by the way I would not go that high for this part in testing 200 should be fine

    Yes I have done so.

So I am not sure about actual (normal) printer behavior.
Repetier screen shows as 10mm/sec on filament speed.
It has meant filament goes such speed into nozzle from bobbin.
    (is it right ?)

I believe this parts is key thing for extrude.

    regards

there are several different speed settings that can be made it may be helpful if you provide a screen shot to the setting you are referring to.

So far current my printer does not have function for grabbing filament with pushing roller as I mentioned on picture.
I shall wait reply from tech support of Robo 3D.
Do we need to clean up nozzle when printing has been done ?

generally a post print clean up of the nozzle is not usually required after normal prints. Part of the process at the beginning of each print usually purges the nozzle of old filament still in the nozzle by extruding a small amount which can be removed fairly easily. So unless you had a failed print and the nozzle ran into filament it should be clear mos tof the time small amounts can accumulate but should not interfere but if you see something clingning to it simply remove it as best you can.

    Hello Tesseract
    Thanks for your answer.
Today result is not good one but It looks I can find reason of failure now.my trial of wiring and step-up transformer may not necessary but I have done with my opinion.;)
Now I can imagine my satisfy on next step with getting parts.

    regards

    Hi Harry
I have received 22mm bearing from Amazon and fix is as picture.
Now I could achieve filament output from nozzle.
I am not sure why this big parts are not present .
I am adjusting Z-axis balance now, still printing is not achieved yet.
