Unresolved Robo3D R1 + E3D Plug and Pray

I have Robo3D R1 with v6 HotEnd Full Kit - 1.75mm Universal (with Bowden add-on)
After replacing for E3D v6 this printer work only sometimes good.
I send this printer to servis,
Servis upload firmware and check all printer, It's good for one month.
1. First problem

I make oiler for filament(PLA) and it's better but.

2. Second problem???

and third problem

In this momet this printer it's totaly mistake for work.
I begin to regret the purchase Robo.

.STL file its good a print this many times...
