Simplify 3D end script

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the extruder to move to a specific x,y,z coordinate at the end of a print. I usually have to manually rise the printer head through my controller. I would like it my extruder would go to x=0,y=max and z=max.

 

Add G1 X0 Y254 Z203
