Simplify3d problems with new robo r1 plus bed leveling

Hi I have started trying to use simplify 3d with my robo r1
and have run into a problem with the auto bed leveling system. When I use matter control everything is perfect but when I use Simplify3d It starts out fine and as it building the first layer the print head starts moving up in the air I can go back to matter control and everything is good then try Simplify3d again and it will start doing it again. I know this is not a problem with the robo but the Simplify3d software I have read posts here on the forum about the similar problems but I have not found a answer. The only reason I would use Simplify3d is that you can control your supports better
