I entered the settings posted in the thread below as I am wanting to get some higher quality prints:
    http://forums.robo3dprinter.com/index.php?threads/settings-thread.1529/

Saved all settings but when I go to slice it I get a message stating:
'I could not find the generated G-code file'
    Possible reasons:
-the slicer had an error and didn't finish slicing. Check log output.
-the slicer stored the file with an unexpected filename.
Further down there it also states: First layer height can't be greater than --nozzle-diameter. (it isn't)

When I go to Preview it shows a nicely sliced model, but there is no support. I haven't tried printing it because of the lack of support.

    Any advice?

Also should there be settings under Config-->Printer Settings to go along with the new slicer settings?

    Thank you.

You might want to indicate what slicer you are trying to use...

I'm using Repetier-Host V1.00 Beta 1, when I click the Slicer tab and then Configuration it opens a window with Slic3r at the top and Version 1.1.4 at the bottom.

Think I found the problem, had first layer height as 300 mm instead of 300%.

    Thanks.
