Using Repetier and Slic3r, I experiencing really slow printing. I tried both the .90 and the latest version. I have it printing at the 50 range for most stuff.

It printing so slow but it seems to be the software. I wasn't able to post a video using tapatalk

I restarted the computer already (windows vista) same issue.

10 hours earlier I was printing normal.

I assume you checked all of the speed settings in Slic3r.

Repetier did the same for me but at a stupidly high speed. First check that in manual mode the federate and flow rate are at 100 if they are then uninstall the software and reinstall it. Tis did not fix the issue for me so I instead use slice with cura and load it into repetier.

Check the "cooling" setting. For small prints, cooling will slow down the printer to give the part time to solidify before the next layer.
