During a print I noticed a burning smell, and white smoke rising from underneath. After powering off and unplugging I looked underneath. One of the fans and the clip had come off, I am not sure what the source of the smoke was. Let me know if anyone has had this issue.

It looks like the power wire (red wire) for the heating pad was not properly engaged (seated) into the screw for the circuit board and sparks were flying. It burnt/melted the plastic housing for the one screw. We took the wire out, cut it and reconnected the wire. Will update soon as possible.

You should post this to the robo team via email and/or try a post in the private support forum (that only you and they can access). This sounds like some warranty replacement time.
