stringing

I'm having some strange stringing on the back side of my prints but the front is fine. the angle is not over the threshold as the front is great. Sometimes it doesn't string on the back and just get really scratchy. the belts are tight and the bed seems to be very level.

by the way that vase was upside down when I took the picture

 

That's because the fan is cooling it on one side but not the other. You could try reducing your speed.
