Does the support number still work for anyone? Tried calling 844-476-2633 and get a voice message saying it is not a working number.

I also have had two form email requests closed without interaction.

Still in business? Still supporting their products?

I have reached out to them to see what is up with the phone number.

    Thanks Mark.

I tried to call only because the request forms were being closed without contacting me. I only need phone support if the online support fails. I still think its bad to publish a support number that does not work... it doesn't instill confidence.

I hear you, but they do what they do :)
Try it and see if they get back to you via the phone.
@Jerry RoBo 3D indicated this was the way to go if you need phone assistance.

If that doesn't work then we (the user community) can still try to assist (as long as it is not warranty replacement parts you need). We can point you to many options out of warranty.
