Answered Temp Fall Error Fix?

This issue has been happening more and more and I'm not sure why, I recently installed an E3D V6 hotend and it was working for a little bit and after a little while the print would just stop and my lcd screen would just say temp fall error, I don't know if it has something to do with the g-code and I have no idea how to fix it, any suggestions, also it does heat up normally when I pre-heat everything before the print and the temperature stays consistent.
