After a completed print the rear fan stays on. I know the fan on the print head should stay on, but the rear fan will not shut off after printing. Any way of adjusting the code to shut it off after printing?

    Rear fan?

There are 4 fans on the robo.

    1) One on the extruder (the extruder fan)
    2) One on the X carriage that blows on the printed parts (the parts fan)
    3) One under the printer that cools the Ramps/Arduino (we will call that the RAMPS fan)
    4) one on/in the power supply.

The only one of those that should ever be off with the printer on is the parts fan.
You can edit the ending GCode to add a code to turn it off if you slicer does not already do that for you
    This should do it:
