Solved Unable to connect to printer

    First was loosing connection, now i can not connect to printer at all. Matter control says com3 in use as status. Windows pops up unable to recognise device

    How old is the printer?
    That sounds as though you have bad USB cable (it happens) or a bad Arduino.

    2 days old. Its a short in the connector on the printer. I have a pencile wedged in the side right now to keep it still, i have a screen coming for it hopefully soon

    Call up Robo support and get some new bits on their way to you :)
    That is a warranty item. The USB port is mounted on the Arduino so I would say you need a new one of those.
