Hello! I and somewhat new with my 3d printer and I have had normal jams before (just in the heated metal part of the extruder) but this is different. The spool of filament wouldn't turn, making it so the printer couldn't extrude. That caused the filament to get worn down and thin by the metal part where the filament is pushed into the extruder. When I saw the plastic stuck there, I heated up the nozzle, then I tried to pull it out, but it snapped. So I tried to melt it out with a soldering iron, and I also tried to scrape it out, but I am worried about damaging the printer. Can anyone please help me? I don't know what to do.

Take off your nozzle and push it out.
