What am i doing wrong?

    First off, the model does have some issues. Netfabb Basic wasn't able to fix a couple holes. I then used makeprintable.com and it looks to have fixed that. Also in Cura, it wasn't laying flat by default. Make sure you are selecting the red circled icon to lay the model flat. I think it slices a bit nicer this way. Also select on the upper right corner of Cura the Layers activity. That will allow you to see each layer and if there are any thin spots you might not see otherwise. I haven't printed it yet because my son has had the printer working on a project of his this weekend, but maybe I can later today. I know you are still waiting for your new filament. Did you scale this to a certain percentage or print at full size?

    That is the size i scale it in order to fit on the armor but i scale it down for testing. My first bad print i did a full size print.
