So I keep randomly encountering this problem when doing a long print. It'll get maybe halfway done then stop extruding and I keep finding the filament ground up in the hobbed bolt. When using PLA I've managed to resolve this by seasoning and using an oiler but I'm unsure what to do when using ABS. Should I just always use the oiler or do I just need to find that sweet spot where the bolt is neither too tight nor too loose. And when I do tighten it should I primarily be tightening the spring with more tension or less tension?

using an oiler at all times is ideal as it prevent nucleation points for crystals to form causing jamming.

The tension on the hobbed bolt isn't too specific and just depends on the filament being used and how clean the nozzle is.
