Unanswered Where does this wire go?

ok guys I'm having an issue and I'm sure you are the ones that can help.
I have a R1 and I'm upgrading the Jhead to a hex head. I ordered everything from Jerry so I have all the right stuff and its all installed.

here is the question. with the new extruder comes a new smaller fan and it shows i need to connect that fan to (D2) that is where my fan connects for the board.
the fan i took off connected to (D9) straight connect to the power supply.
so when i connect the smaller fan for the extruder to D2 where do i connect the board fan now?
hope that makes sense.

 

The heatsink cooling fan is always on and should either plug into D2 or into the 12v input terminals.

The parts fan stays in D9
